Camera behind the Hero

how do you make it permentantly dark because ive tried to and how do you make the camera go right behind your hero like in wc3:WOW?

I'm guessing that your first question is how to make a camera view permanently dark/black? The answer is: Cinematic - Fade filter.

You mean FPS view? Don't bother, wc3 engine is not meant for those stuff, many people tried and many people were close, but it's just to hard/impossible to get it right.
