What's wrong with this?

• Custom script: call IssueOrder (udg_Dummy_var[1], "immolation")

There is no such a think IssueOrder, there is IssueImmediateOrder for nontarget orders.

Also you can use "Unit - issue order with no target" action.

Why don't you use gui?
Gui has this action.
