[Solved] Button -11

Hey people, I'm trying to remove Rally but retain its ability, Now I've seen this is more difficult than it seems. I saw a post regarding this not get solved and when typed in Google the AI says set the button to 0,-11 and that should work, but I don't understand the process.

How do you do this?

In the Art coordinates X must be 0 and Y -11, to enter a negative value you need to press shift+enter before typing otherwise it won't accept it
