I have a survival map in wich I can place Burrows and garison riflemans in it. The entrance to the base is about 2 Burrows wide so I can just block the entrace with burrows. I fill the burrows with riflemans and I put 1 more rifleman behind the burrow. The undeads are coming and they completely ignore the burrows (even though the burrows shoot in them) and try to find a way to get to that 1 rifleman in the back. I want them to focus the burrows as well, not just run around them trying to kill that 1 rifleman. +rep

Or... those undeads just can't attack the burrow due to some "Targets Types" or maybe they're invulnerable?
That means if burrow is a "structure" and those undeads' "Combat - Attack Targets Types" does not have "structure", they won't be able to attack the burrows.
I suggest creating your own undead units and try to attack the burrows to find out why

Do they attack other riflemen afterwerds? Or they just dont attack them?

Maybe the burrows protect the riflemen? What kind of burrows do you use?

There are 4 riflemans in the burrow that cannot be attacked, obviously, but they can attack, just like peons (I use the basic orc Burrow that can garison peons, but I changed it to garison rifleman). They seem to ignore the burrows UNLESS the burrows are the only thing alive in the area.

They are just normal undead units like Gouls and Skeletons, and the normal Orc Burrow, I didn't change the attack types allowed, and they are not invulnerable.

Hm, sounds like some hardish coded stuff. I would try

setting the priority of the burrows higher.
Or
Ordering the units to attack the burrows via trigger
Or
Make rifleman or whatever units targeted at structure and see if the attacking units attack with a different level of priority

How do I set the priority of something higher? It's pretty much the same as towers. They won't attack the tower unless the guards nearby the tower are dead, because units have bigger priority than buildings, including towers (and burrows)

Some more advanced situations may occurs: Undead units have Poison passives (As AI behavior is trying to inflict every organic units, anything that is able to be stuck with the buff)
Or, Some unit's repairing something => got focused
Or, Unit's Stat - Priority (Object Editor) should do the work.

EDIT: As the post above, you should give the burrow higher priority

My Gouls and Zergs DO have poison passives, but the Skeletons don't, and they don't attack burrows either.. but good info nonetheless. And I didn't know that was the stat I was looking for :p Thank you!

Houston, we have a problem... 1)Even the undeads WITHOUT poison attacked didn't attack the burrows. 2)No repairs going on. 3)I've set the burrows priority to the max(20) but that didn't change anything x_x

Burrows are low priority targets since peons shooting out of them deal low damage compared to military units. In your case they should be high priority as they are military units shooting (like towers) but the default tactical AI still treats them as low threat.

Try adding a 1-1 low attack speed high area attack to the burrow. This tricks the AI into thinking they are military units (since they have an attack like a tower) and thus attack them.

There are also some other priority fields in the object editor, make sure that the burrow has equal or higher priority than the rifleman.
