Buildings with auras

I tried the search but found nothing. For some reason my aura won't affect my building. I set it to so many different things and even so it affect structures alone, but nothing works. I've done it before but for some reason it won't work for me now. Maybe it's bugged? Or am I doing something wrong? I want my aura to affect my buildings only.

Ok, how come whenever I post thread, I never get helped, or I am always ignored? Wtf is going on?
