buildings smaller (and facing an angle)

is there a way to make buildings smaller, and make it so u can have them face an angle because i wanna turn it, with it being smaller..

To make a unit smaller you must change it's scale under Object editor and scale. To turn it's angle I tink the only way is to place it on your map and then make it a non building change it's angle and then make it a building again.
