[Trigger] Building Limit

In patch version 1.26a, I tried to set limit for leveled buildings, but when you upgrade them, you can create new ones, how to solve this?
I want something for a lot of buildings(most of buildings have 5 lvls, usually building limit is 1 or 2 expect a wall building with a limit of 20-60 based on other building's lvl)

you set the upgraded units as Techtree equals for the base form inside object editor inside unit category. Then the upgrades count as the base form for limitation counting.
