You sortof could... check if the builder is within 500 range when it's issued a build order, and if so move it to the point. If not, save the order location and check every .1 seconds if the unit is within range until it's issued a different order or gets close enough.

You can, via default ability in the Object Editor: Build Tiny <replace name of building here> (just use Find (CTRL + F))

For example, Build Tiny Barracks.

You can change each building range independent to each other in the Object Editor where each building can have different range, according to your settings of course

You can also change its Build Time (the time needed for the construction to complete) by altering the setting Stats - Duration - Normal/Hero

If it's Normal unit, it follows the Normal setting, and if it's a Hero unit, it follows Hero setting.

The downside of this is that your worker/builder will act like Undead (Necrolyte) where it does not play its build animation and the building just auto-build on its own.
