Building at an increased range

Is it possible to increase the worker unit's build range? For example building a structure from a distance of 800.

And if it is, how can I do it?

By using Item Ability such as "Build Tiny Altar of Kings", you can adjust the build range by editing the "Stats - Cast Range" for that ability field.
