Build on item *question*

Hey I'm a pretty good map maker for wc3 FT. I wanted to make a unit that you can build on like a ship that is a big platform and you can build lets say a town hall on it also i wanted it to move like a unit. Do any of you map makers know if this is possible and if so how?
