Okay, so I've come back to Gaia's, and was in a game solo levelling my ranger while Box and a few others were doing D3.
Whilst fighting, I would often get the floating texts of the group playing D3 appearing near my character, namely Demoralizing Shout, Mend and Shield. I was in the starting area and they were in D3 (repeating myself, I know).
I would also sometimes see castbars.
A minor issue, but thought I'd bring it up.
