Bug or fixable? Event - <Unit> takes damage executes before damaging?

Greeting everyone.

I've found this little problem with the Event - <unit> takes damage.
It appears that it somehow is executed even if i'm not attacking it oO.
Well, here are a screenie showing debug text.

The same happends when I try to train a Peasant. When moving to close to the farm the trigger is executed again.
And you see the damage taken is 0 :S
Is there something I've missed to do?
(well if you wonder, the Farm is going to replaced with another model)

Any help would gladly be accepted

True, I could just add damage taken > 0
Well there are no buffs among any of the units, so it couldn't be that

Anyway your way works indeed :) thx alot.

If someone else knows the reason why this is buggy, then please go ahead (even if the prob is solved)
