BUFF keeps default effect

Hi, I need some help with buff effect.

I want to create divine shield with freeze effect around caster not default bubble.
I created custom buff where I replaced the effect, icon, description.

When I test it in game, the new divine shield things(icon, description) works, except effect.
The bubble effect is still there even I changed it.

Thank you for reply. What do you mean by Update your game? It should be up to date.

A similar problem was fixed by making sure the game install was up to date: [Spell] - Can't change spell ability missile and name

Yeah I see, my Warcraft Reforged is up to date(1.32.0.13938). So I think I need to wait for patch from Blizzard to fix those buffs effects.
