Correct me if I'm wrong, but is there not 2 water doodad models in Warcraft of bubbles? One is just bubbles and the other is bubbles steam, I'm pretty sure. Hence why there is a bubble texture.

Well, this is not a doodad, like the other Warcraft bubbles. It's more like a buff or effect for spells. And about finding this useful or not, I don't know. I just made it from boredom.

I'm not going to say that the moderator in question was right or not, but maybe you should not look t ratings at all

I sure don't, most of the resources i use are usually edits of some sort, because it means they're usually more in line with other WC3 models. I just don't feel like it's right to give lower rating for a perfectly fine model just because it's a simple edit, which i do see a lot around here. Meanwhile more original models with less quality get top ratings. Models i couldn't find myself using because they're just "eh".

Most 'art' resources are subjective I feel and ratings are overrated (da dum tss) and quite frankly counter-productive.
