The noses shape looks really weird, fix the shape of the wolfs nose too something more realistic taste. Id also like to see a body on the wolf, it looks like a floating head at the moment, or if you just want to focus on the head then just zoom in a bit too cancel out some of the black space in the back of the wolf. Heres an example photo.

[+] The nose could use some adjusting, the shape of it seems a bit off.. the blue glow doesn't really go with the whole theme maybe make it red, but don't make it a intense glow effect. The fur on the wolf is really messy also, clean that up. The teeth could be aligned better they seem everywhere at the moment.

I don't really see the mouth area even if its closed, it seems like he doesn't have a mouth.

What? Closed mouths of wolves are always as the same as I've drawn. Look at some closed wolf mouths ref pics and you'll definitely figure out. :]
