Apheraz Lucent: When thinking of water, I imagine smooth circular texture. Your icon is really pixelated and sharp, even too harsh for an ice bolt.
Water tends to be a stable energy. Some offset circles or bubbles around it with a fine, nice glow would look a lot more pleasing to the eye.
Black background just stabs the eyes. Fill it up with water splashes or apply glow.

Really pixeled and alot of blank black space, for the blank space i would make some kinda of aura coming off the beam as most beams do. Then i would also try to fix the pixels

Amazing idea, it needs some fix of course, but I think you will get +rep from me for that idea. I really like those circles going around that water bolt. Ideas are very important. +rep, no rating for now thought
