Though it looks better in game, cause the hive´s JPEG conversion for the preview reduces the quality

Looks pretty good man, but one thing i would do since its "death" i would make the heart in the mouth either darker instead of green. Or i would put a crack in the heart, just to give it that "death" feel.

Ive in fact made this icon from silence. I was playing with the icon and ive ended up doing this one. Though adding a crack in the heart is a good idea, ingame it wouldnt look that good.
