The eyes should be white, she looks like some alien-orc hybrid. You need to make the hair a little bigger and you have to move the view so that we could see the hair nicely. Her face is too smooth, It looks like she is wearing make-up. 3/5

The only thing that I don't like is the angle. It makes her head look gigantic. Otherwise it's pretty good. 3/5

I think you should add some of the hair of the model to the icon to make it clear what model it is supposed to correspond.
