I reaaaaally like this, but the circular object is way too dark. Make that lighter and give it some distant definition (like the moon), and this is awesome.

Overall... the icon is empty. Even thought this is an eclipse, some texture on the moon is a must. The glow should be concentrated a bit more towards the edges. If you want to get that feeling, you will need to resize the icon a bit.

Yeah Apheraz was right, the glow needs to grab the edges of the circle, and make it look smaller.

Only two keywords? Use some of these, if you want:
Lunation, Lunar, Blue, Crescent, Planet, Satellite, Eclipse, Moon, Twilight, Midnight, Night.

I'm okay with that as long as there are no Twilight keywords x)
