Sin'dorei300: It looks like u rotated the Blizz icon and edited it a bit.
First of all, it lacks shading as always.
Also, the teeth are very flat.

Not to put words in Sin'dorei's mouth.
But I think he means those orange rays. They look a bit anime-ish and the tiger is more realistic drawn.
Perhaps scratch the rays and make a foggy/smokey background instead, or perhaps skip the colorful background altogether and just outline the tiger face.

This is so much better. Damn I like it now.
The slight glow around the head really make it stand out and make it much more visible.
The beams before was moving focus away.

Don't you save your work at various points in the progress?
I usually have 20-25 different versions of an icon laying around increase I screw something up.

Save your work at various points as new save files. Otherwise saving before it's done (unless you have to go of course) makes no sense.
So you will have:

Or of course screenshots, but the save method is easier and saves you a lot of time if you really screw up an image.
