This icon set represents (ideally) the Scientific systems on a spaceship (i.e. scan and analysis equipment, including medical).
It is designed to be used in a menu, as a standalone icon for a piece of equipment (e.g. portable analyzer or scientific/medical computer), or as the icon of an ability that affects health or mana.
Ideal for Future/Space/Modern themes.
EDIT: Made the red background glow a little less overpowering. Tweaked the "lines".

It's just random lines with a Molecule diagram thing in the middle.
Also, instead of spamming icons, make one with a WiP/Big picture.

Looks just too random and weird... I don't think it causes any sci-fi or spaceship related thoughts to me. A piture should remind of something just by looking at it, and if it doesn't, you should fina a better suiting one.

well if i see this in a scy fi space map, i would believe it is from a ship. just that the hive is used to an unique style of icons. but i think this is useful, though being WEIRD. but i support weird, weird good xD

Thank you Darkfang. Besides, this is meant to go with the other icons I've uploaded (Communications, Navigation, Navigation Advanced). It's going to be a pack if they are all approved, and I still have a couple left to upload.

Still, this one is very unclear of what it is and it's messy, you should probably make it more clear these are some sort of ship system thing.

Assuming you meant obvious within the image, then I would like to point out that if I was using them in a map, I would have them as abilities for 1 unit, they would be side-by-side, and the ability names would make it pretty obvious what they were for.
Besides, it's how you use it that counts.
People are of course free to use the icons for whatever unit/item/ability they see fit. Therefore, the item's meaning could change with the intent of the end user.
