The sword midsection is good, the blade good too, but where's the handle? =p I like the background. I would download this if the sword had a handle.

He means he wants to see images of the icon before you resized it to 64x64 size or before you finished it as a whole, OR the original fire of the icon drawing(e.g., if you drew it in Photoshop, he want's the ".psd" format file).

Hmm... All four icons vary in style and in quality, as thought as you randomly stole 4 images from somewhere and resized them to 64x64. I call CnP.

What I mean is that the shading on the blade part of this (

) icon looks much better and realistic than on this (

) one, for example.

Work in progress pictures stand for any image that represents the progress of work. If you have pictures of the lines by themselves and the coloring, then the effecting in seperate pictures, that is what is needed.

I find the black fields and spots on the sword a bit... Disturbing. I don't think they look too good, really.
But else than that, looks like a nice icon to me
