this icon remindme from a hero of dota . i dont remember his name but he channel a light ball that turns in to shockwave

That hero you were talking about is Ezalor the Keeper of the Light. Also, the icon looks too chaotic for my taste. But its just a matter of preference so don't mind me. The lightning also looks too thin and can't be discerned from the main picture so if you don't look closely, the icon looks like a hairy ball than a lightning orb.

But as i said, it's simply a matter of preferences. Its up to you which icon would be better for such a spell.
