Can be useful. Approved.
Not sure if the white spots are supposed to be his eyes, if they are they might be a bit too close together and a bit oddly positioned. But other than that little nitpick, this icon is perfect. Also seems to match Wc3 style really well which is a big + from me. 5+/5
 
Thanks man! Hm.. just put those white colors to have more contrast on the eyes being more cold-ish. xD

I see, it did read like eyes but I was thinking it might've been the inside light source also. My issue is the position of the eyes seems too close to the lips.
A good way to test this is by a quick hue shift on the face to turn it to human skin, then you might see the face proportions being slightly off.

Here's a gif to show what I mean (3rd frame being my idea where eyes should be):

But yeah it's not a big deal, I'm just trying to give you some constructive feedback and not only praise. This icon does deserve a lot of praise though.
