enjoy: I thought it was and earstick.. Firstly, the background is really confusing, try to make that all black. Remove the aura glow thingy too. A needle like that is longer. So you should make it longer.

You put it in your neck and push it in with your hand. But some suits have it automatic on command.

I think he means that the "black part" is missing - the "black part" is what actually PUSHES it.

All the awesome detail from the picture dissapeared in the icon, those all lights became 7 big ones, and the stimpack is a little too little to see any normal detail in it
