Paladon: Darken the hair (model!), but it already looks very nice.

Hawkwing: Heavily manipulated version of the Ancestral Spirit Icon. Very nice final appearance, but that wont cut it.

You can always use a black brush and darken it. You especially need to darken the hair, since it's black on the skin, and not here.
