Add more contrast to the object, or at least use a more realistic, grey/close to black color scheme for the blade. Afterwards, try to make the sword's shape more realistic, by adding pieces of details, like spikes, broken parts, a custom handle or whatever you can come up with. Don't forget to sharpen it afterwards.
