So, I think many people thinks that this is an edited version of mad skeletons essence of blight but not, I only used that awesome icon as a reference ... maybe it looks like heavily-referenced icon and not so original
But If you are skeptic, you may look the psd file of this icon
and it's too obvious that this icon is "uglier" than mad's icon and I'm not contented for this

I think it looks a bit expressionless, a skeleton with open hands.
Also, in my opinion the background is too distracting and makes the skull itself fading.

Make the hands at the bottom the same color as the skull because it blends too much with the black background and its very confusing.
