I think it looks a bit expressionless, a skeleton with open hands.
Also, in my opinion the background is too distracting and makes the skull itself fading.

Consider darkening the background a little bit so the skull doesn't blend with it too much.

Overall, it looks awesome though. Kinda reminds me of her.

Make the hands at the bottom the same color as the skull because it blends too much with the black background and its very confusing.

Bit hard for me to tell at a distance what its hands are doing in the thumbnail and very much invokes a fel or necromantic/demon hybrid vibe and not really too much of a shadowy vibe, unless in terms of shadow it was from Shadowlands. Even then, I feel like that's more death focused and not Shadow.

thanks for review brother, but I made this icon when I was 18 using only photoshop and a mouse. I'm 28 now and got 2 kids and wife, maybe I can do a remake for this one if time allows. Again, thank you!
