It's simply the upgrade of the first tuskarr totem, arms have been added and a colar and a crystall on the forehead to represent wisdom.

my original Idea was to make a scroll for this upgrade, than I got inspired by the Tuskarr totem concept made for Warth of the Lich King. I just didn't bother to change the name.

I was not able to find out what this is untill I saw the lesser upgrade for this one. But it's okay now, the quality is great, too.
