This is lacking a reason to be accepted, because this is just red blur made in photoshop/gimp in 20 seconds...

This goes for your other two icons as well, which are BTNConcentration and BTNExplosiveStrike. All of them looked very blurry, not the sort of icons I would download and put in my map at all. About the only thing I can see is the general shape of all three icons. I think you should further improve on them like adding more definition and getting your idea clearer across.
