This goes for all your runeword icons; Improve shading and highlights on the hands. Looks rather nice otherwise.

It has a Warcraft II feeling, rather than a III one. It looks too comic-like. The general idea of the massive abilities with a different rune and different hand form is great, but this one, among the others, is a no from me; it needs fix. The rest ones are good, I'll vote for their approval.

Greater shading, darker colors and of course reduce the sharpening you made upon the rune.
