It looks really good, but the scars looks really deep, you should use a darker blue colour instead of black. You should also shape the scars after the shield's form, they looks to straight at the moment. The random lightnings (that I supose is dents?) should be decreased, so it is just a few of them.

The scars looks like they are carved in mud actually. In my opinion you should completely remove them and just add some cool detail or emblem instead.

It looks indeed a whole lot better now, really good. But the shield's edges can need more work, they are blurred/unclear.

Umm u cant even see the scars on the icon just on "WIP" so the "shield" is great really but it looks like vintage elevator button then a shield its flat 2D kinda make it more 3D
anyhow this is a
