She looks too blue on icon. I think you need to give her different color that will fit to the skin.

I've noticed that most of your portrets look like they're made from plastic. I don't know what it is exactly, but maybe you need to make the skin a little less smooth or make the highlights a bit duller, because at the moment they look more like action figures than actual persons.
