Even though it's just Firebolt on top of Breath of Frost, and with a little shadowy guy plastered in front, I still think it looks pretty cool.

The icon has been made for a really huge Spell in a map i created...
therefore the hero is shown small compared to the massive destruction of Ragnarok

Wonderful art. Making the guy small emphesizes the bigness of the ability, and the dual fire-ice thing is beautiful. Perfect symbolic representation of Ragnarok.
