Very nice indeed. Nothing more to add, just one thing maybe, only to make my comment more useful and interesting than one word. The dude that is getting shot through his belly/back, he doesn't really look like he is in agony, more like he is getting buffed or something, but i am sure that is only because of the resizing, great icon, keep this up :)
 
Its fantastic, the body is so well defined and shaded. The movement is uni-directional and dominant, and the background certainly compliments the theme. Although, the head in particular is very blurry. The edges seem to blend into the background a bit, maybe it could be run through a sharpen filter? or edit it pixel by pixel, I dunno. I'm not the 2D artist, I don't have a credentials to preach to the likeness of you...
 
One of the best icons I've seen here, I just love how the blood is expelled from the body, giving the impression of an incredibly swift would, as if punctured.
