Useful for Lightning and Frost spells, this is.
Suggestion- you might want to make the arm bolder, it's barely recognizable.
Also, the blade might be a little too broad. Try narrowing it abit.
EDIT: Bottom right corner is blank, you might want to fill that up.
Despite what I said above, I give you a 4/5. I wish I could make such icons.
