Yeah, was also my atleast second thought.
Maybe change some things that are not in the deviant-image, like make it looking more 'evil' or more like a spore with needles and similar.

Well looking up "PoisonSpores" on google, i suggest you make a mushroom and have dust or an "aura" coming off it making it seem like "spores" because right now they do look like sperm cells.

When I first saw this icon I knew that there will be someone who commented saying that this looks like sperm cells. It truly does look, now we just need a female egg and a fetus icon.
