Well, mate, that's an icon made by Blizzard, it's indeed "Parry", used in World of Warcraft. Also, most of the icons from there are already uploaded here (that's Parry). The Omnislash icon you have uploaded is just a minor edit to Slice and Dice (once again from WoW, original uploaded here).
But meh... won't rate.
