The wind at the bottom is a neat touch. You can clearly see the hurricane and the icon looks great as a whole. I would agree on making the twister bigger if it was hard to see or similar, but as it stands I say keep it like this with lightnings and wind. This design is a bit original for a tornado icon which makes it even more interessting, apart from the already spectacular artwork.

Fantastic work on all your lightning orc icons!

Looks awesome, I love it! And I see almost the same thing that you intended! You call it a Thunderstorm, and it looks like a hurricane to me, but that's close enough!
