Honestly, the inside does not look like a kiwi, but the "skin" on the outside (the little part i am able to see) is very nice..

Maybe work a bit on the inside.

3/5, nice fruit, usable for many RPG's.

you havent angled it very well, there should be more of the brown skin showing. the inside pattern looks more like a rock melon really, very pale and a random scatter of seeds. I'd consider starting again, this time using a reference pic.

I would recommend working on the background, something like this:

Notice the line around the icon, and the fading red glow. I know this is not a fruit and not even close to it, I'm just mentioning the background here.
