I like the icy style on this icon.

It prolly is, but there is enough freehand work so it's hardly noticeable

This is an outstanding icon that I think hits all the points it should:

• Beautiful
• Visually distinct
• Easily readable from a distance yet highly detailed when up close
• Communicates precisely what it's going for
• Fits perfectly among native War3 icons--you'd think it was native itself
