Background has to much colors, the icecream seems too small i would re-size it.

@Army of pandas, Well, wont it look kind of, plain, if i make the background in a darker or more diffuse color?

@War golum, that was probably just fail, didnt check if it was the right one after updating. But i'll upload the big image for you.

Most backgrounds are black wtih a glow behind the object your creating, which in this case is the icecream. Try making the background black and adding either a red or blue or whatever color for the background glow behind the icecream.

The bad thing is that this is not useful. Warcraft III is not by default a modern game. It's a bit blurry.. Fix that and show people WIP, because you are accused of CnP'ing.

Attached a image of the Big one in photoshop.
And changed the background once more.

Get rid of those water drops, also the glow is ok but instead of making it a simple circle, add some shape into it. Make the glow go around the icecream instead of just a circle.

Looks good now, but why is the bottom of the glow looking weird? (bottom of the icecream)

It's from the shadow from the ice cream I had at first. Maybe it looks better by just deleting that.

Better now maybe add some sparkles on the icecream? Now, for the background it is good, but maybe you can add swirls or bubbles of yellow just to make some decoration, but dont go too crazy with decoration.
