Well... this one is the one I dislike most of all three, cuz it's a holy tornado and... well, holy stuff have never used tornadoes... probably change it to a cross or something like the Holy Light spell, I don't know. I won't rate it cuz it's for a 4/5 and... well, I prefer giving 5/5 to people. Otherwise... if you change the tornado to be gray and use it as Wind... well, it will look really good (I guess) and you'll get a 5/5 from me then.


Oh, you changed it! Awesome. 5/5. Too sad, the other one was with a really good tornado. I could have used it for wind magic.

You should have permission and something to prove that he gave the permission. The fact that he didn't right "something wich forbids" is because it is said in the rules so if you don't have a permission i would ask an administrator to remove them.

Really. That's common logic. You should never use resources, unless their author clearly states that they can be edited without permission or he has gone inactive for more than a year.
