the base of the heart seems a bit to thin in my opinion but i like the black thorns coming around it however maybe it would look nicer with the thorns around the heart?

From SorceressCould use alot of shading.
Also, a little bit darker background would fit in.

The background and the side got much stronger colors than the heart. But all the shapes, features and the concept are good.
