Its pretty much a circle I think, I can see like 2 edges, but still pretty round for being freehand in my opinion. And I have no idea on how to make it more circular without having to re-do the whole pic, but I'll try.

I dont like how the lightning or glow thing only goes on the edge. There is no "glow" around any other part of the pic.

In fig one i am trying to recreate your image in 30 seconds.
In fig 2 however i am trying to show you that the glow should not only show in the 2d angle but all around.

I dont know about that. As it is a 2d pic which becomes really small, a kind of glow like that would barely be visible, nor would it look better in my opinion.
