My first icon 
. It was really hard to make it. Gladius can be used for anything i think for spells passive and active type of attack etc. I hope to you like my first icon .Btw if someone who use gimp read this can he pls post here links of youtube videos what can be useful gimp tutorial for me

I couldn't possibly find a use for this. Just keep making icons. Only if you enjoy it though. Over time you'll get better.

A poor excuse. What's so hard about redrawing the handle to make it straight?
Oh yeah btw just remake the icon, and maybe follow some tutorials.
I'm pretty sure there is no gladius icon, so if you made it properly it might get approved.

like said, this is a rather a poor quality but you could do better by keep on practising.
here is a tutorial i made https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/2d-art-tutorials-281/basic-icon-guide-166366/ go through that because it goes through the basic shading shapes. also go through other tutorials on the site for more specific techniques.
