That looks a lot better than the first version ! Great job! It kind of looks like an upside down mushroom to me though x) I would make the base of the garlic more roundish to lose the "mushroom-y" look.

U made some small improvements, but it ain't enough.
It seems like a blurred garlic pic with some lines(of the same thickness) drawn over, like they aren't part of this icon, they're out of place.
Those lines aren't supposed to be just...simple stripes of the same thickness, without shading.
I also want to see a big pic of the new one, to understand better what u did.
U could observe this icon with a similar theme:
