Sorry but somehow I don't like this icon.
I agree it matches the model but the icon is somehow ... how should I say this...
She's just looking forward ( I hope you get what I want to say ) and this is ( I think ) the point I don't like. Make her watching to the right side ... somehow like the big picture from your model-topic
Ok maybe don't make the face so much to the right side, but something like that. In addition you can add some more details into the icon =)

Maybe a bit too much blurry for Wc3 style. Otherwise, as Dr. Boom said, make it face other angle. Looks kinda weird :S
