Apheraz Lucent: C'n'P icons are unacceptable, the icon has to be at least 70% freehanded. Cheap screenshots with minimal-effort backgrounds are rejected.

The colors are too bright. Also this needs more shading and the background is meh. Nice try though!

This very much looks like you copypasted the portrait of a footman and added a background (poorly executed, which strengthens my thoughts).
Horrible colour combination, by the way.
